About the Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Plat House Accommodation Agreement
This Accommodation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for accommodation services provided by Plat House (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility").
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
  1. Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between the Facility and guests shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement.
Article 2 (Application for and Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
When applying for an accommodation contract, guests are requested to provide the following information to the Facility:
  1. Guest's name, address, phone number, gender, age, date of birth, etc.
  1. Accommodation date and estimated arrival time
  1. Accommodation charges (according to each accommodation's basic rate table)
  1. Other matters deemed necessary by the Facility, such as a consent form for unaccompanied minors (under 18 years old)
  1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the Facility accepts advance payment for the accommodation reservation.
*At this Facility, a reservation is confirmed only upon application and advance payment. Application alone does not confirm a reservation.
Article 3 (Payment of Accommodation Charges)
  1. Accommodation charges shall be paid at the time of reservation or by a method designated by the Facility, such as bank transfer, official booking site (credit card payment, etc.), or payment methods specified by hotel booking sites (e.g., Booking.com).
  1. Pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the accommodation contract shall be concluded after advance payment.
Article 4 (Cancellation and Refund)
Cancellation fees and refunds due to the cancellation of an accommodation contract shall be governed by the separately stipulated cancellation policy.
For any reason, we will respond based on the cancellation policy set by the Facility.
・If canceled 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・Cancellation is free until the day before 7 days prior to the arrival date, and in this case, the full accommodation fee will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed based on the payment method used at the time of booking.
The number of days required for the refund process to be completed varies depending on the rules of the payment company or booking site used.
[Refund Method and Refund Period]
For bookings made via the official account
・For bank transfers:
 Contact by 13:00: Same-day refund
 Contact after 13:00: Refund on the next business day
 *Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
・For online payments:
 The Facility will process the refund within the same day.
 The reflection period for the refund varies depending on the payment method and may typically take 5 to 10 business days.
For bookings made via hotel sites
・Please contact the relevant booking site directly as it is based on the regulations of the booking site used (e.g., Booking.com).
Article 5 (Refusal of Accommodation)
The Facility may refuse accommodation in the following cases:
  1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with this Agreement.
  1. When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.
  1. When there is a recognized risk that the guest may engage in acts contrary to laws or public order and morals.
  1. When the guest is deemed to belong to an organized crime group or other anti-social forces.
  1. When there is a risk of causing significant inconvenience to other guests.
Article 6 (Business Hours)
Guests shall comply with the following:
  • Check-in: 17:00 ~ Flexible
  • Check-out: Flexible ~ 12:00
Article 7 (Prohibited Acts within the Facility)
Guests shall not engage in the following acts within the Facility:
  • Use of fire, bringing in dangerous goods.
  • Unauthorised entry or accommodation of third parties.
  • Smoking outside designated smoking areas.
  • Acts that violate laws and regulations.
Article 8 (Compensation for Damages)
If a guest causes damage to the Facility or a third party due to intent or negligence, the guest shall compensate for all or part of said damage.
The same shall apply if the Facility's operations are obstructed or damages are caused to the Facility by acts falling under any of the following items:
・Acts such as removal, damage, or unauthorized removal of equipment within the accommodation facility.
Demands exceeding what is socially acceptable.
・Acts such as defamation, slander, or intimidation against staff.
Posting on social media with the intention of causing a firestorm or other harassing acts.
・If fraudulent declaration of the number of guests is discovered.
・If use by someone other than the reservation holder is discovered.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Facility shall not be held responsible for damages incurred due to natural disasters, suspension of transportation facilities, or other reasons not attributable to the Facility.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
Guests' personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Facility's privacy policy.
Article 11 (Handling of Deposits, etc.)
  • The Facility will not take custody of guests' luggage, cash, valuables, or other items whatsoever.
  • Cash and valuables must be strictly managed under the guest's own responsibility.
  • The Facility shall bear no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, etc., of items managed by guests.
Article 12 (Storage of Guest Luggage)
  • Guests may use the luggage storage area provided by the Facility at their own risk.
  • The luggage storage area is located in the basement, and one section is available per family or group.
  • The locking of the storage section and management of the key are the responsibility of the guest.
  • The Facility bears no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to luggage during storage.
  • After use, please return the key to the designated place.
  • Lost and found items will be kept for one week.
Article 13 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
This Agreement shall be governed by Japanese law, and any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
Plat House Rules
1. Acts that destroy or damage facility equipment, or acts that may cause such damage.
2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) outside designated areas.
3. Acts contrary to public order and morals, socially problematic acts, or content that causes inconvenience to guests and other customers.
4. Please do not make noise or cause disturbances within the facility.
